Daniel Rudalph was professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all—he gave us plenty of time to figure out the right vehicle. Any woman knows shopping for a new truck with her husband can be a bit of a challenge, and we really appreciated Daniel giving us space while still being there whenever we had questions. When Toni retired at Superior Automotive, we went for awhile without a mechanic. Got took a few times and over changed. Then I git sick of no one listening to me about my truck still wasn't right after the accident. Out of desperation I called Freedom. They heard me out and found the issue quickly. I shed tears when I left the lot, they had given me my truck back. Highly recommend this company. Staff are supper friendly and price is right.

My experience was OK. Several inconsistency's with the services performed and invoices are confusing and not completely explained. Does not seem the service group is organized. Came to pick up vehicle and service was not completely performed like I asked.

I was hoping not to have to replace my tires until winter but I ended up with a screw and the tires, so I ended up replacing them sooner. After pricing several places for tires I called Freedom spoke with Andrew and before I knew it, he had a loner car at my front door ordered the tires. The Goodyear tire price was only $15 more than the cheapest generic tires I could find. EVERYONE there was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely keep going back there for my car needs. Excellent customer service and repair. Sara Radke was very professional and accommodating. She helped me get my truck in for repairs practically right away and got me squared away on being able to pay the bill the day after the work was done. Even going as far as to offer my dog a treat(Not a cheap one either). All in all, this would be the first time I wish I could give someone more than 5 stars.
My truck was experiencing issues while traveling across Wisconsin. I was fortunate to land in Tomah and contacted Freedom Automotive on Monday Morning. My service advisor Sarah was able to get me in that morning and facilitate the needed repairs to get me back on my trip. Very friendly and competent service.
Gave five stars because the survey wouldn’t let me give six! A very pleasant experience from the welcoming greeting upon arrival until my departure. Wanted an oil change and tire rotation. Rotate every other oil change. Tech came out and said my tires measured even do I want the rotation? Yes I did but appreciate the honesty and respect for the customer they showed. New ownership should be a welcomed business to the community. Keep up the great work!

After calling every single auto company within a five mile radius, only this business was sympathetic and accommodating. They managed to get our car into their already busy service garage immediately.
